Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for my treatment?
If possible, please pay me by card immediately after your treatment – for me this is the most uncomplicated way that most of my clients use. A later transfer is of course also possible.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the treatment?
Please bring your own towel for the treatment. If possible, wear comfortable clothes and underwear that you feel good in.
Why? I may ask you to uncover the relevant part of your body for the examination.
I cannot keep my appointment. What do I need to consider?
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your treatment 24 hours in advance, otherwise I will have to charge you for the hour.
Is osteopathy covered by my health insurance?
